At House of Anaiah, each piece is carefully inspected before dispatch.

• We do not offer returns or refunds.
• Exchanges are accepted only in case of damaged or defective products.
• Any damage or issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery along with clear photos/videos.
• Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags intact.
• Exchange requests are subject to approval. The exchange will be made in next 24 hours.
• In case of return or exchange, the customer is required to bear the one-way shipping charges.
