Are the products exactly the same as shown in the pictures?
Yes. All our products are photographed to accurately represent their colours, texture, and detailing. Minor variations may occur due to lighting, screen resolution, or the nature of handwoven fabrics, making each piece unique.
Are your sarees handloom?
We offer a curated selection of pure handloom, traditional weaves, and premium loom-based sarees. Fabric and weave details are clearly mentioned in each product description.
Do you ship all over India?
Yes, we offer Pan-India shipping. Delivery timelines may vary depending on location and courier partner.
How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders are usually dispatched within 2–3 working days after order confirmation. Once shipped, tracking details will be shared via email or WhatsApp.

Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
No. We do not offer Cash on Delivery.
All orders must be prepaid through our secure online payment gateway.
What is your return or exchange policy?
Returns or exchanges are accepted only in case of damaged or defective products.

  • The issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Customers must share unpacking video of the product without pause or cut and clear photos.
  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags intact.
  • Requests received after 24 hours will not be accepted.
How can I place an order?

Are blouses included with sarees?
Blouse details—whether attached or unstitched—are clearly mentioned in the product description. Please review all details carefully before placing your order.
Do you offer blouse stitching or customisation?
No. We currently do not provide stitching or customisation services.
How should I care for my saree?
We recommend dry cleaning for silk, handloom, and embellished sarees.

Cotton sarees may be gently hand-washed separately in cold water. Proper care will ensure the longevity of the fabric.

Will the colour bleed or fade?
Natural dyes and handwoven fabrics may have slight colour variations. This is a characteristic of handcrafted textiles and not a defect.
Do you restock sold-out designs?
Most of our pieces are limited editions. Restocking depends on fabric availability and artisan production, and is not guaranteed.
Are prices negotiable?
No. All prices are fixed and reflect the quality, craftsmanship, and sourcing involved.
